At Woof Waste Warriors, our goal is to keep your property clean and safe from pet waste. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
General Service Terms
We cannot guarantee specific service times due to unpredictable weather conditions. You will be informed if there are any changes to your scheduled service day. Services falling on statutory holidays may be performed the day before, the day of, or the day after the holiday.
Our services are provided with the understanding that we may send you communications via email. You will have the option to opt out at any time by sending us an email request.
Providing inaccurate information about the number of dogs using your yard may result in suspension or termination of service without refund. Your rate will be adjusted based on the actual number of dogs observed during service. It is your responsibility to inform us of the correct number of dogs on your property regularly.
Yard Maintenance: Please ensure your yard is well-maintained (grass trimmed, leaves cleared) so our team can provide an effective cleanup. If the yard is overgrown, we may be unable to guarantee a complete service.
Access to Property
By ordering our services, you agree to provide clear access to your yard, kennel, or designated areas on the scheduled service day. If we are unable to access your property for any reason, such as locked or blocked gates, the service will be recorded as completed, and the regular fee will be charged. We do not jump or climb fences. Please ensure gates are unlocked or provide us with a key for easy access.
If your dog(s) are aggressive or may pose a risk, please ensure they are kept inside during the service. While we make every effort to prevent escapes, Woof Waste Warriors is not liable for any incidents if dogs are left in the yard.
We will respect your property and ensure all gates are closed upon exiting. However, we are not liable for any damage to fences, gates, or other property.
Service Suspension and Termination
You can cancel your service anytime with 48 hours' notice before your scheduled service day. If you’re going on vacation or want to skip a service, please provide 48 hours' notice. Services will automatically resume after your return. If your dog has been using the yard during your absence, a charge may apply for an additional clean-up.
Winter & Weather Policy
We work year-round, but services may be delayed due to hazardous weather conditions, including freezing rain, excessive snow, or below-freezing temperatures. In such cases, you will be notified, and your service will be rescheduled. We do not shovel snow or remove ice, but we can recommend a service provider if needed. If your gate is frozen or blocked by snow, we will skip the service and resume on the next scheduled day.
Snow Coverage: If snow or ice prevents us from identifying or scooping the waste, we will return on the next scheduled day. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed clean-ups due to weather conditions.
If We Can’t See It, We Can’t Scoop It
If your lawn is overgrown or covered with leaves, we cannot guarantee a thorough cleanup. Please ensure your yard is properly maintained for the best results.
Payment Terms
All services are invoiced monthly in advance. New customers are billed for the current month, with payment due before the start of service. Regular customers are billed on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month, with payment due by the 1st. If payment is not received by the 10th, services will be suspended until payment is made.
For spring clean-ups or one-time cleanings, payment is required in advance, and the service will be scheduled once payment is received.
Pricing and Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any service adjustments will be communicated via email.
